Ayutias Anggraini,
M.Psi., Psikolog

Ayutias obtained her bachelor’s in psychology from Universitas Pelita Harapan and Master’s in clinical psychology at Universitas Tarumanagara. She is a licensed psychologist under the Indonesian Psychologist Association (Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia). As an art therapy practitioner, she continuously seeks training in art therapy and actively involves herself in the Indonesian Art Therapy Community to advance her skills and to provide art-based mental health services. Ayutias research focuses on individual personality functioning and development, especially the self-process through difficult life experiences, such as trauma, and its effects on individual personality.
 

As a clinical psychologist, she believes that addressing thoughts, emotions, and behavior are equally as important. Therefore, she combines both the cognitive approach and art psychotherapy to develop skills for better personality integration.
