We appreciate the time allocated both by the client and the practitioner for the scheduled sessions. However, we understand that unanticipated events may occur along the way. While our service is generally non-refundable, you can refer to this link for a full reschedule and cancellation policy.

3. What languages are available for counseling sessions?
We offer services in Bahasa Indonesia or English. Whether you feel more comfortable expressing yourself in Bahasa Indonesia or prefer using English, you can choose a psychologist/therapist proficient in your desired language for a more meaningful and supportive experience.

4. What are the operating hours of Jakarta Adult Psychology Center?
Our center is open Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and we require appointments for all services to ensure you receive the best care possible. If you need services outside of our regular operating hours, we are happy to accommodate your needs with prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you.
