Counseling
A confidential and compassionate space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Common issues addressed in counseling include:
- anger/emotional management,
- relationship break ups,
- grief and trauma,
- parenting issues/missing parent roles,
- infidelity issues,
- and other personal issues.
We also provide couple and family counseling.
Speech/Occupational Therapy
We offer speech therapies aimed at addressing speech, language, and communication disorders. Our occupational therapy could also enhance ability to perform daily activities, whether recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or seeking to improve quality of life.

The therapies could be a suitable option for post-stroke/post-accident recoveries.
Psychotherapy

Creative Therapies
Our creative therapies utilized various creative modalities that are evidence-based to identify, process, and treat many psychological issues, such as: emotional regulation, dealing with anxiety, or stress coping issues.

The creative therapies include incorporating art, toys, or music in the form of art therapy, play therapy, or music therapy.
Coaching
Using our personalized modules, we offer systematic skill-training coaching session to help unlock strengths, overcome obstacles, and reach aspirations.
Our coaching sessions are aimed for those who wish to improve their leadership skills, emotional management, sharpen life purposes, decide career pathways, and explore and optimalize their potentials.
Neurofeedback Therapy
