Too many people spend more time planning their wedding than preparing for their marriage. Even when they consider marriage, they often focus excessively on housing and financial stability, neglecting their own mental readiness for this new chapter in life.

Our premarital program systematically addresses major aspects of married life to help couples plan their marriage effectively. It includes developing awareness of personal 'baggage' (such as trauma, vulnerabilities, and dysfunctional habits), setting a clear vision for the marriage, and discussing potential issues that may arise along the way.

Facilitated by internationally certified psychologists and counselors, our premarital counseling and assessment program is inclusive and available to everyone, regardless of their religious affiliations.

The 3-Phase Process

1. How can I access the test?
After the first session, the psychologist/counselor will send a test link for each individual to be completed online at their own pace.

2. What to prepare before taking the test?
The test must be done independently between you and your partner. You will need a PC/laptop/tablet with a common browser (i.e. Google Chrome/Safari) and a good internet connection. The test will take approximately 60 minutes, and this is not a timed test. For most accurate result, you are expected to dedicate time and space in taking the test.

3. What language is used in the test?
We use an internationally recognized test developed in the United States. The test will be in English. Unfortunately, there is no Bahasa translation at the moment. Please let the psychologist/counselor know if language could be a barrier.

4. What should I do after the test?
The test results will be automatically sent to the psychologist/counselor. You and your partner will have access to the results in a printed report in the consultation session.

5. Do I get report after the test?You and your partner will get a report of about 15 pages detailing your and your partner's expectations in various aspects of marriage life.

6. How long do the sessions with a psychologist take?

The package includes 2 sessions of up to 60 minutes each.

7. Are 2 sessions enough for the program?
An ideal premarital counseling would typically take up to 6 sessions after the assessment. You will be charged a regular session fee after the second session. The fee varies depending on the counselor/psychologist.

The Premarital Counseling & Assessment Package includes the following.

sessions with an internationally certified psychologist/counselor before and after the test. The session before the test is aimed at establishing expectations and goals, while the post-test session is focused on discussing the results and what to do next.

assessment that can be completed individually at your own pace. Upon the first session, you will receive a link that will direct you to the assessment. The result will be sent directly to your counselor/psychologist.
